No. Our subscription plans are task-based, not hour-based. Our goal is to foster a committed partnership that gives you full access to your lawyer so that you tackle problems proactively rather than deal with them defensively.
It means you can ask questions as issues arise - for example, interpreting a contract clause, thinking through a hiring decision, or gut-checking a business risk. It does not include drafting long memos or in-depth analysis.
For quick questions, we'll get back to you the same day or the next business day. For routine contracts, initial deliverables come within 3 business days once all required information is received. For complex projects, initial deliverables will take 7 business days once all required information is received, but we may be able to accommodate urgent requests.
We will flag it and discuss solutions. Additional work may be handled via flat fee, discounted hourly pricing, or a plan upgrade.
Nope! Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be canceled with notice anytime before the next month begins. But if you make a quarterly commitment, we'll throw in a 10% discount to your subscription plan.
Absolutely. Plan changes can be made with notice and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
