Elahe Hosseini is a dynamic attorney with over a decade of experience advising clients across various industries. She focuses on representing startups (pre-seed to Series B) and high-growth companies as their fractional general counsel.

Elahe was previously Head of Legal at Legacy (YC S19), North America’s largest at-home male fertility clinic. Before that, she litigated complex commercial disputes at leading corporate law firms in New York City and completed two competitive clerkships for the federal judiciary. Together, her experience spans a wide range of counseling businesses on risk management, growth, and litigation strategy.

Though a native New Yorker, Elahe has lived, studied, and traveled in over 30 countries. She can also get by in 5 languages. In her downtime, she loves cooking, cycling around the city, hiking in the Catskills, trying new restaurants, and playing backgammon at one of her local coffee shops in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
